You pay 0.8% plus $1.05 a session however your client chooses to pay, so the busier your practice gets, the more you keep. Put in what you charge and how many sessions you see in a week.
SimplePractice (3.15% plus 30 cents) and TherapyNotes (3.1% plus 30 cents) take cards only. Of our rate, the 0.8% goes to Stripe and the $1.05 goes to us. Your posted price is the card price, and clients who pay by bank transfer get about 2.5% off. You take home at least the same either way. Counting 4 weeks to a month, rates as of September 2026.
