One email, then a single setup sitting. Each client confirms their appointment time and creates an account: intake documents, phone verification, billing details and notification preferences. After that, reminders reach them automatically, they can pull their own superbills without asking you, and they can report a problem straight from their portal.

Nothing listens in the room
We don’t offer an AI feature that records or transcribes your sessions because we believe what happens in the room is sacred. You speak the note afterward and sign every word.
Low transaction fees, so you keep more
You pay 0.8% plus $1.05 a session however your clients choose to pay, so the busier your practice gets, the more you save. Your posted price is the card price, and clients who pay by bank transfer get about 2.5% off. You take home at least the same either way.
Your listing and booking always stay free
We want to see your practice grow. We provide a free listing and a consultation booking tool you can use on your own website to take bookings. We also take no cut of the clients who find you, and we won’t move the listing behind a paid tier later.
One price, no tiers or add-ons
Voice-to-text, reminders, invoicing, superbills and e-signatures are all included. Most solo therapists pay for an EHR, a note-taking add-on and a listing to get the same set.

Join our dedicated Discord for immediate support. Sign your BAA and pilot agreement. Then follow a guided checklist to set up your profile, bring your client data over (we walk you through the export from your current platform), and connect Google Calendar and Zoom. At the end of the week, a short survey catches your first impressions while setup is fresh.
Join our welcome call
A group call to meet us and the rest of the group. After this, run your practice as you normally would and post anything you hit in the Discord channel as you go.

Is it safe?A signed BAA, HIPAA compliance from day one, and your data stays yours.
Real clients and real records, so we hold ourselves to the highest standard.
- A signed BAA before your first client record. You’ll sign a business associate agreement in week one, before a single client record exists, the same as with any established EHR.
- HIPAA compliant from day one. Records are encrypted the whole time they’re with us, walled off from every other therapist, and logged every time one is opened.
- Export your data at any time, during the pilot or after.
- If we ever stop operating, you’ll know well ahead of time. Ample notice, and the chance to export everything you need.

- Licensed. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD.
- Solo practice. Running or launching one, as a sole proprietor or single-member LLC.
- Private-pay or superbill-based. We don’t file insurance claims at this stage.
- Your practice runs on TrustedPsych. For the nine weeks, your work and your clients here rather than split across two systems.
- Your own Zoom telehealth account. We attach your Zoom to appointments, but we don’t host video.
- Honest feedback. It directly shapes what we build.

01The commitment
How many spots are there?
There are 35 spots available. We’re keeping it this small on purpose to ensure we capture your feedback and give you the support you need.
How much of my time will this take?
Roughly 3 hours in total, setup included. Everything else is running your practice on it.
Do I have to cancel my current EHR?
That’s your call. We encourage you to cancel and download anything you need for official record keeping, such as client notes and client data, so you can fully focus on TrustedPsych, but we understand if that’s not feasible right away. You can keep your old EHR for a month or two while you transition, at no extra cost since TrustedPsych is free for 3 months. What we do ask is that you actually run your practice on TrustedPsych: your work and your clients here, not split across two systems.
Can I stop if it isn’t a fit?
Yes, participation is voluntary and you can step out at any time. The founding-member rate though is only for participants who complete the nine weeks.
02Getting set up
Do I need to do anything before the pilot starts?
No. There’s nothing you need to rush between applying and the start of the pilot. During week one you’ll complete onboarding, set up your account, and bring your clients over to TrustedPsych. If you’d like to let your clients know about the software transition in advance, we’ll provide ready-to-use messaging before the pilot begins to make that easy.
How do I get my clients into TrustedPsych?
Tell us which platform you’re coming from and we’ll tell you exactly what to export, then walk you through the upload. The import covers client demographic information only. Appointments need to be entered manually. We also don’t bring previous clinical notes across, so please keep a record of them separately for your records.
Do I need a payment account?
No. We create your Stripe account during onboarding, and payments, invoices and autopay run through it.
Do I need my own Zoom telehealth account?
Yes. We connect to Zoom. We don’t support other telehealth platforms right now.
What will my existing clients have to do?
They will have to respond to an email from us asking them to confirm their appointment and set up their account. We’ll give you ready-to-send language to prep them so the email isn’t a surprise.
03Cost and your rate
What does it cost?
Nothing for three months. Every feature is unlocked from day one and you don’t need a card to start. After that it’s $30 a month against a list price of $49.
What happens to my rate if you raise prices?
It doesn’t move. That’s what a founding-member rate is for. If our list price changes, you’ll still be paying $30.
What happens when the pilot ends?
Your three free months run past the end of the nine weeks, so you keep going for about another month before deciding whether to stay on the Pro plan at $30. If you’d rather leave, export your data and go. You can also convert to the Free plan and stay in our directory.
Is my directory listing free too?
Yes, and it stays free whether or not you choose to continue using TrustedPsych after the pilot.
04Privacy, safety and support
What happens to my records if TrustedPsych doesn’t continue?
You’d get ample notice well before anything changed, plus the ability to export everything you need.
What if something breaks for me or my clients?
We can’t promise you that the experience will be perfect. As part of the pilot, we’re relying on you to identify bugs we might have missed. If you find one, report it directly on the website. Your clients can report issues the same way from their portal, and if one mentions a problem to you instead, pass it along to us. Either way, we’ll fix it as soon as possible.
